Nigerian music producer and singer, Selebobo, has sparked controversy online after he went on a rant – in a video he has since deleted – questioning the existence of God, Jesus and celebration of Christmas.
Selebobo, born Oku Udoka Chigozie and signed to Ubi Franklin’s Made Men Music Group, described God’s existence as the “biggest deception and lie” of all time.
The ‘I Don’t Care’ crooner on Christmas took to social media to ask; “How are we sure that Jesus was born on 25th of December? How are we even sure the n*gga existed?”
He went further to question the portrayal of ‘white Jesus’ in movies saying, “Even if Jesus existed, how are we so sure he was a white man? because every time I hear about Jesus, I think about a white guy, perm hair, blue eyes, pointed nose, pink lips and beards all over; how are we sure he wasn’t a black guy?”
Selebobo also posted on his Instagram, which he also deleted, “I don’t give a f**k about xMas. It’s all bulls*it. CONTROL”.
Well, a popular Nigerian big boy, known as ‘DMX’ blasted Selebobo for calling Jesus a n*gga in his video rant.
